they were updating one side of the service area and the pumps don't operate that fast. moreover, the area surrounding the building was cluttered.

The price on the products I purchased has almost doubled! I am so disappointed and there were no coupons available for these products.

You have the rudest attendants. He had his earpiece in his ear, I'm guessing listening to music. He is NEVER pleasant. just going through the motions of the job. IS NOT going to get in a hurry for ANYTHING. I really wish I had another Murphy's store to visit, but this one is the closest. I have already found another place to purchase gas and will be looking for another place to purchase cigarettes. Doubtful anything can be done about any of the attendants attitude. All of them need some customer service training.

My reason for visiting murphy's was that I had to get gas. I had 2 rollback codes that I had earned from buying their promotional items. When I pulled in, the pump had the option to pay attendant so I pressed that as I was wanting to fill my tank. Immediately it said fuel complete please pay attendant. I hadn't pumped anything. I went to the window to see what the issue was when Jeremy informed me that all pumps at this site were prepaid. I then told him that I wanted to fill my tank and he said I would have to leave my debit card with him. Not very comfortable with that as he could have gotten all my information off the card while it was in his possession and did whatever he wanted to with it. BUT because I had the rollback codes I left it. When I returned after filling my tank I told him that I had rollback codes on my phone that I wished to use toward the payment. He refused to let me use them claiming that he couldn't do anything over the phone. Rediculous!!! Why can't I take a pic of my rollback code to keep from cluttering my wallet and then redeem it at the store? I will never return to this store as this is the 2nd time I have had issues with this particular person.

The card reader did not work properly. Kept getting "See Attendant" message each time I swiped card and selected fuel. Pressed Cancel several times and kept trying. Finally, went to attendant and waited behind, I think, 5 people. He rudely said go and try again. I did try and got same message! This time I waited behind 8 people, I counted! I told him I just wanted to pay for $12 of diesel. He said I had to go hang the nozzle up. My grandson has been waiting in 90 degree weather, holding the nozzle, this entire time to fill diesel can. Hung the nozzle, and waited in line once again. Very dissatisfied customer!
