I was angry with the person behind the counter was very rude and had a attitude and didn't let us what I need too

Tried to redeem a coupon for a free drink that I had obtained from completing a previous survey. The clerk tried to redeem the offer but couldn't get it to go through or either didn't understand how to redeem the offer. But while he was trying to figure out how to redeem the offer, somehow two free drinks were removed from my rewards. So not only did I not get my drink but now I have lost the ability to redeem the offer at another location. NOT GOOD!!!
