I was very satisfied.

Grounds were not kept up to standard, had to wait for 8 to 10 minutes to get to a pump. other than that it was a good experience. This location is very busy most of the time so I guess the wait is worth while.

Price was same after the 3 cent discount as several stations just down the street. Getting out and back to main road slightly difficult secondary to position of road/traffic light

line was too long but customer service is great

Low prices

The young clerk was smiling and helpful for the purchase. She also asked questions regarding the weather and the sick person ahead of me. She mentioned the gasoline truck would be covering several lanes. Informing us a couple of lanes would be closed for refueling. All-in-all when I return to Lufkin I will return to the station.
