Fill up with diesel every week. Every time have to wait for pump and line is getting worse

Because the attendant was on cell. She was very short and kind of rude and took for ever turning my pump on. And took for ever receiving my money for the gas.

Because the pump wouldn't accept my debit card because you tried to put a hold on my card for 75.00. I had enough money to pay for my gas. I had to go to the window & wait for the attendant to get back to find out why my debit card wouldn't work. She told me it was because of insufficient funds with a whole line of people standing behind me. I was very embarrassed & I knew I had money in my account. I had to guess how much gas I needed to fill up to pre-pay instead of paying at the pump. I bought less gas than I would have if I could have paid at the pump. What happened to only putting a 1.00 hold on debit cards? This policy will hurt your sales in the future. It's just pure greed on your part.

The attendant had the only lane open blocked with a rolling stack of cones. I got out to move it because I thought it had rolled in the way and she rudely told me I couldn't do that! I explained I thought it had rolled out into the lane. She then decided to put the cones out where they belonged to block off lane for stocking coke machine. She however stayed in booth talking and I had gassed in another lane and was leaving just as they got that lane open. Lane needs to be blocked off appropriately for stocking and attendant doesn't need to be rude to the customers!!

I used my debit card, paid for my fuel at the pump. It asked me if I wanted a receipt, which i chose “no.” I then lifted the handle & chose my fuel but the numbers on the display never would reset from the previous customer. It finally said “See Attendant”. I then had to go pay at the window. I was very nervous to pay again since I already had at the pump. I didn’t want to get charged twice. The cashier assured me that in her system it showed the previous customer as the last transaction that it would not charge me again. My sale showed completed at the pump so I was very nervous. She said they were having problems with the pumps.

The cashier was so rude to me and the elderly person in front of me.. She acted like she was aggravated by waiting on us. The other cashier had to come help her (Ashley) and she acted like she got attitude with customers after that.
