As usual, the pumps were not printing receipts and the staff were aware of it, but had not rectified the situation. This is a very common occurrence at this, and other, murphy locations.

When making gas purchase, pump asked it I wanted car wash and I answered yes and was charged $5.00 for a car wash. Only problem was that there was no car wash facility on premises or in site for me to get vehicle washed but I still was charged $5.00 for the car wash. Employee had no idea where car wash was either.

everything was good expect how the station looked like it needed more cleaning

They had the lights on , pumps and building . The pump took my card then said it pumped $0.18 , it didn't . The lights should be turned off ( the pumps ) if your not able to use them .

Purchasing tobacco I watched as the kid in front of me was not carded. When I got to the counter knowing policy is to ID for all purchases of tobacco is to card if look under 40 I had my ID out and the attendant never asked to see it. Im an avid supporter of ID laws and have after several visits and not being carded considered asking local officers if they could set up a sting to remove these lazy individuals to better protect our young people.

The pumps or cashier would not take Walmart card for discount. They were out of cold diet cokes. The cashier was rude when questioned.

my husband was pumping the gas i went to see if you had any large cans of Coke you didn't when i got back to our car my husband noticed a sign on the gas pump ( IT WAS ON ALL OF THEM) SO I TOOK MY RECEIPT up to the cashier as i didn't want to cheat you out of any money and she was so rude.She said they charged to your credit card what more do you want in a ugly tone. We shop at that station 2 -3 times a week.My money spends anywhere i was not rude to her therefor she should have not been rude to me. Thank you for listening .June Englert
