I have been to this Murphy location several times in the past 30 days. Each time the machine is out of paper👎. I've asked why and have gotten different answers. It's so upsetting having to get down wthe my Little ones to get my receipt . Sometimes there are 2 or 3 employees chatting with each other and there is a line of people waiting for their receipt. I can't imagine that Murphy company ok so unable to fix this problem. What good is it to go for self service when you can get your receipt at the pump. Today is extremely cold and getting the kids down is not good but the young man at the register told me the printer is broken!!! I have asked my husband that we should call in advance to check before pumping gas there to avoid this problem.

The attendant did not greet me since she was in a bad mood because of the big line she had. I gave her $3 in coins and she did not count right since she only put $2.

As i was waiting in line i noticed that the person in front of me was having trouble with the pump. I figured it had to do with the machine not working. As the person left because they couldn't figured the machine out i stayed to try it myself. When inserting card it read the card and asked for the pin but once pin was placed it took a while before it said it was cancelling my card. When i tried again it did the same thing so i went to the window and was able to make my payment with my card.

The pump was not operating properly. I was going to put 20 dollars worth but it was taking too long so I stopped at 15 dollars.

I was attended by an employee by the name of Marisol which was very rude. She did not greet me nor did she say a polite "have a nice day" in fact, the pump was not working properly and I kindly asked if there was something wrong with the pump and she replied sarcastically "Sir did you pick the pump, selected the type of fuel and placed it inside your gas tank?" Of course, I did.... Wow she then yelled "I'LL GO CHECK THE PUMP SIR WAIT.!" I asked for her name cause I wanted to file the complaint and she replied "why do you want my name? Check the receipt.! My name is there..." My God, I personally never come to this gas station and this time that I did I had to go thru this. Marisol was extremely rude and because of her I will have my many doubts of coming ever again or refer in for that matter. Worst customer service. I was having such a good day.

I went to buy ciggerates from the cashier Marisol. I gave her my ID and I pay with my credit card. She asked me if I just turned 18 years old. I told her that I turned 19 years old. She did not did the math to know my age from the ID. She said that I should get a new ID, because next time her or another attendant won't be selling the Cigarettes to me anymore obly for that time. She said it didn't looked like me.She didn't my ID to the cashier box. I am very offended, because I know I look super young, but that doesn't means I carry a fake ID. I am a college student. Hopefully in the future I won't be able to have this problem and to the point to show them my college ID

One 4/16/2016 I stop to buy a pack of cigarettes at around at 840 pm but I had to leave because all the lights were off and the cashier was nowhere then about 20 min later I want back and there was I very big line while in line. It smelled like a dead rat next to the soda cooler because I work in the animals contol
