Employees very rude

I reloaded my gas card to save money however extremely difficult when the pump or the service wasn't available. I brought it to the attention of the attend.I went back 3 days and no resolution of the problem was resolved. I believe as customers service gasoline station you know to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I saw no sense of urgency Very disappointed haven't never been with any other Murphy usa

Swiped my credit/debit card, pump said to 'see attendant.' Attendant wasn't in the kiosk, had to wait. Told him why I was there; he asked for my driver's license to hold and said he'd activate the pump. I went back to the pump & it wasn't ready to dispense fuel. Swiped card again, told to 'see attendant.' Had to wait in line to see attendant, explained the situation again. He said he'd activate the pump. Pump still wasn't ready to dispense fuel. Went back to attendant; had to wait in line again. Finally was able to begin pumping. Extremely slow dispensing rate and pump stopped at $200; had to sign ticket, still needed more fuel. Had to have the pump activated again. Finally finished fueling and had to wait in long line to pay, now with a different attendant.

It took forever to pump gas so I only pump 10 dollars I then went to the clerk to buy some pick 3 numbers she took forever and at the end she didn't know how to print the tickets
