The clerks know people by name and greet you by personally. The facilities are always very clean. And if you can't find something, even if their busy, they take the time to help you find what you're looking for. The clerks even greet you when they are outside on break. I've seen them run from behind the counter to open the door for people who are disabled or in a wheelchair. Even if they have a line waiting to check out. People are happy to wait when customer service is so good and they go out of their way to help everyone. It's an awesome staff.
