First let me say that this location is 100% top notch in terms of cleanliness, friendliness, attentiveness, and handling situations. The subject I did not bring up to the Cynthia was the new coffee cups. These cups are HORRIBLE. 90% of the time the tops break when removed from the dispenser. That is bad enough but the BIG problem is when they are NOT BROKEN and you do not realize the Styrofoam is crushed just enough that the lid fits snugly but when you attempt to take a drink the lid leaks all over you. (And the seat of your new car...) I have a refillable but my daughters get drinks on occasion and do not have refillable cups also I tend to forget my refillable so... PLEASE replace these AWFUL, TERRIBLE, U-S-E-L-E-S-S, CUPS!
