pump handle was not clean

The Diesel pump was very slow, about less than one gallon per minute. This is a problem with the pump or filter, so I told the attendant. She told me that it was because in was so hot today. I explained that this was not caused by heat, and the there may be another issue, a 15-20 GPM pump does not pump 1 gpm because it is 88 degrees. the attendant told me that the store manager said it was because of the heat and to have a nice day. If the staff is unable or unwilling to ensure the proper working order of the pump, I can buy fuel else where. I left after 5 minute and only pumped 2.4 gallons. I had to fill up at another station.

It is very annoying when I go to pay at the pump via debit card and then it states I have to pre-pay first. Then I have to get back in line a second time and let the attendant know I did not pump all for what I payed for. I would like to just pay at the pump and go!

The large sign on top of the roof read $242 for regular gas. The price I paid at the pump was $2.569 per gallon. That was with my gift card discount.

I spoke directly to the attendant 3 times asking if 5 hey do cash back, and I was completely ignored. Then I asked if there was some one else inside, she said I'll be there in a second. It made me really upset that I was not acknowledged and I wanted to drive away without the gas purchase.
