I WAS TRYING TO GET THE DEAL ON GAS WHERE YOU BUY PRODUCTS AND GET 0.10 OFF GALLON. I HAD TO STAND IN LINE DUE TO PEOPLE WORKING THERE WERE TALKING AND NOT TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMERS. IT WAS ALSO 11 DEGREES OUTSIDE SO I WASNT HAPPY. I NORMALLY USE PAY AT PUMP BUT I WANTED TO SAVE MONEY ON THE DEAL.

Did not have Marlboro Red box in stock. I would think this is a popular brand to be out of.

The only complaint I have is that there was no toilet tissue at all in bathroom..

diesel pump was very slow probably took me 10 mins to pump 21 gals...its been that way on several occasions over about a year

When I pulled up attendant was standing at oil stand smoking. She did not speak to me then or at window. She took her time coming in as to finish her cigarette first. After I ask for my cigarettes she gave them to me and never said thank you come back or nothing. Not friendly at all and acted like she did not want to be bothered. If she doe's not want her job then I know some one who is very friendly and upbeat and really need's a job! Hope you will look into this and make sure she know's that if she is going to smoke it should be out of customer view along with putting customer before her cigarette.

I asked to purchase 5 cans of copenhagen long cut, because the advertised price was $3.80/ can when you buy 5 or more. The attendant asked if I wanted straight, and I said just regular long cut. The attendant retrieved a roll of 5 cans and scanned it on the register, and because I could not see the price on the register, she told me $21.40. I paid her and had to ask for a reciept. I went to my car, and I realized I had been over charged by $1.00. That may not seem like much to a corporation, but when you hint for the best price it adds up, and it is the priniciple of selling something for the advertised price, and I do believe if you don't, that is a crime. I took the reciept and product back to the attendant and showed her the mistake and she said "sorry, nothing I can do." I will not go back to that murphy's if I can help it, I will drive to the next city instead. I am considering filling a complaint with the appropriate agency here in my state. Poor customer service has been a constant problem at this store, if you don't know the staff, then you are just a thorn, is how it appears.

Used my Walmart credit card....I always fill up...did not realize that the pump didn't stop and the gas kept running out until the person that was waiting on me to get thru was Hollaring " GAS IS POURING OUT!!! I was in line buying other items...!!By the time I got to my truck to pull the pump out I WAS SOAKED WITH GAS! MY shoe's are now awful !! Im in my house now and just had to take my shoes off and put them in my garage!No I didn say anything to the person at the register because she was already upset about something so I am letting you know! I know without a doubt that I probably lost 4 or 5 dollars on the ground!! I feel like crying my eyes out....PLEASE GET THAT PUMP FIX..PLEASE!!!

Your gas pump charged me the wrong price, I said something about the incident to your attendant, she made a smart comment and said the hose will sometimes mash the button, if that is the case you need to get your pumps checked. I will be in contact with the attorney general about this incident. Because I wanted to pay $2.50 not $2.80 for gas!!!!.
