THE GIRL WORKING THAT NI9GHT,I AM SORRY TO SAY,WASN'T EFFICIENT ENOUGH TO RUN A REGISTER SHE DIDN'T COMPREHEND. IT OOK OVER 5 MINS FOR HER TO FIGURE OUT WHAT BUTTONS WERE CORRECT TO COMPLETE MY PURCHASE.I FEEL THAT THIS SHOULDNT HAVE EVER HAPPENED! I'VE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST INCIDENT WITH A CASHIER NOT KNOWING HER JOB.I UNDERSTAND BEING UNDER STAFFED BUT YOU DON'T SEND THE NEW GIRL ALONE.i FELT IF THERE WAS A STAFF SHORTAGE THEN A MANAGER SHOULD HAVE DID THE CASHIER JOB.THEY ARE NOT ABOVE ANYONE ELSE(TOO GOOD BECAUSE A POSITION OF AUTHORITY) THEY ARE "TO LEAD BY EXAMPLE i HOPE THIS DOES'T HAPPEN AGAIN."

The price on the sign in front of the station said gas was 1'83.9 but I paid 1.85.9 and did not get my discount with my WalMart MasterCard.

I ran stations in California, sometimes up to 3 at a time. And never let my cashiers use the phone when helping customers. If buisness call put phone down or on hold till you can talk. No personal calls. Exactly what happened to me today :( Know why Arco had this policy !!!

For eight years I have been purchasing fuel and the same type of cigarettes each week, yet somehow they can never keep my cigarettes on hand. I have often had to wait up to two weeks for them to get a very popular brand in stock again.

I purchased 18.008 gals. 87% gas.(2.239/gal) My sales ticket showed $40.32. my statement on my credit card shows two purchase: 1st.$16.61. the 2nd:$26.52. thats a total of $43.13. what is the $2.81 billed to my account for? is this a machine error or human, at this station?

I was on pump number 6 and I pressed the unleaded regular but it selected the mid-grade Plus instead. I wasn't sure how the pump would respond if I didn't pump any gas given that I had scanned my credit card and it was awaiting me to pump so I went ahead and pumped one gallon. I would have told the attendant but there did not appear to be anyone working at this time I saw no indication that regular unleaded was out of stock but I wasn't sure and I didn't want to try the other pumps because it's so cold outside

I am not getting cents off on gas anymore. What is the difference? I have gotten gas twice and neither time did I receive any cents off. I am using Walmart MC.

I wasn't satisfied with my visit because I felt the cashier was rude and I felt like she wanted me gone as fast as possible and didn't bother to tell me about the deals that other cashiers do. I believe I'll spend my money else where from now on.

I am a patron of Murphy USA, AT LEAST 3 times a week, if not more. It doesn't matter the time of day or even which day it is.. there is an EMPLOYEE vehicle blocking a pump more times than not. Check the videos. I realize that inventory has to be stocked from back to front and that its necessary to block off the pump closest to the front door when doing so. But this is getting ridiculous. As i mentioned above. I was there just this morning, and again, the pump was blocked and no inventory to be seen. I saw the cashier turn to look at me and mouthed what seemed to have been "i'm not moving".. and turned back around to ignore me. So i backed up and went around and waited for another pump. This is ANNOYING. It doesn't matter if its bustling or dead slow.. this happens more than it should.
