when we call to find out "How much the gas is?", we are calling to see if we have enough $$$ on our Walmart card depending on the cost of gas. If not, we would not make the trip to Murphy's USA and go elsewhere. Several of your employees REFUSE to give us the cost of gas....WHY?????!!!! Furthermore, certain employees would put a calling customer on HOLD indefinitely, like they do not care.....thinking that we would hang up if we were on HOLD for a long time. This is absolutely RUDE!!! discourteous and exemplary of VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
