It was very dirty and the cashier was friendly but there was a long line.

I like Murphy but the new wire they put on the gas pumps are ridiculous every time I have put gas now it either locks my pump and it continues coming out or it gets stuck..

2nd visit with this attendant. First time gave wrong lottery ticket even after telling her she was not processing the correct one(based on her question to me I knew she was looking at the wrong game). This time, requested ticket, she asked another question indicating she was not getting the correct ticket, I informed her of her mistake, then would not let me check second ticket to make sure was correct before handing money.....telling me she knew what she was doing. Slammed glass door shut before I finished checking ticket. She is the most incompetent customer service person that I have ever encountered. When you add her attitude to her incompetence, your company is not being served well. I wonder what kind of losses she is imposing on this location due to her character flaws.

The clerk was very uncooperative! Over charged for gas, after buying a product for discount she was not willing to give us the full refund! So we put product back and got full return! Very dis pleased and upset with service!

The attendant stayed on the phone (using bluetooth) for the entire wait time. I had to wait while she talked on the phone and completed shift change.... Sign on window was not an issue but the attendant did not show any hospitality and was very rude attitude, as if my checking out was an inconvenience . This was not the first incident with this cashier.

9/30/15 I went to cashier to ask question about MURPHY CHERRY LIMEADE SODA pricing. The sign stated 3 FOR $2.50. I wanted to know "how much for 1 single can?". I wanted to try the cherry limeade flavored soda AND I wanted a couple cans of Coca-Cola to take back to work for my co-workers. I politely approached the cashier window. The African American cashier said "what?"...sighed then rolled her eyes. I was baffled. There was no one else in line. It did not appear to be a stressful environment. I told her never mind. I will spend my money elsewhere. And, I also told her that the customer service here is horrible!!! I place the sodas back in the cooler and left. Dr. Ouida Middleton

Attendants are most of the time rude, on the phone, very slow.
