Need some sort of cooling system in line area for customers (fan, a/c, et al.). Between the Florida heat & the heat coming from the drink coolers, it's almost unbearable.

attendant said that her boss wants her to stay outside of the service booth when there is no one waiting at the window. I had to wait until she got back into the booth

The service to me was OK; this was right at shift change and perhaps the outgoing attendant was tired and ready to go home.

no personal contact or communication with cashier. Maybe they could speak thru intercom and say thank you
