May is a wonderful attendant but while I fill out these surveys and commend her all the time, she says she never hears back oi receives any service commendations from upper management. Why NOT ???

I was highly satisfied because I was able to go straight to the pump with no wait. The machine was very clean and printed a legible receipt and cut it, insted if me having to rip it off like at some other fuel pumps.
