Attendant is always smoking and on her phone every time I come here. It is very unprofessional and rude.

The attendant was out in the parking lot 30 feet from the pumps smoking with her shirt untucked. I stood at the window and waited for her to put her cigarette out and come check me out

Debra luann wasn't friendly at all. She ignored me while she put change away she then, very loudly, said can I help you!? She never handed me my products I purchased I had to reach through the window to get it and she didn't say anything as I began to leave. I felt like I was a bother going there.

Tried to redeem a coupon from survey mini for a free Dr Pepper- I have done it before there- the cashier did not know how to go it and I left without my Dr Pepper and lost the coupon on my phone

Restroom are out of order all the time. But the staff use them all the time. One time they told me the set was broke. Then I was in there again it was fine. Then the next time it was out of order for weeks then the sign was down. This week out of order again. I use this place all the time. If I got to per I WELL start going out her palaces for my gas. Watch I did today.

Like always happens at the Bellfontaine station the attendant is outside talking on the phone or smoking. This time she was on the phone. I wanted to buy lottery tickets and a Pepsi but she was to busy on phone and never came in. Easy solution for me I will go up the street to a Speedway--they care about customers

I did not receive my discount although I used my Wal-Mart credit card as always. When I pulled in the price was showing as $2.049. After swiping my card the pump originally showed my price as $2.019 but when I started to pump my gas that price disappeared and the box underneath it read $2.049 and that was what I was charged. When I looked at the price on the canopy, it read $2.039. The attendant said there was nothing that she could do and that she assumed the problem arose due to the price change. I feel that this should not have happened and do not understand why it did. When you advertise a discount you should honor it. I am very displeased and hope that you will correct this problem.
