Getting in and out of parking lot is stressful....traffic jams at the pumps...drivers get easily confused.

highly satisfied would indicate i got much more than i expected. the problem these survey face is that after many years, one expects what at one time would have been highly satisfying, become just satisfying. is that clear?

not this trip but another time...if you want to see my ID fine but the cashier took it upon herself to grab my wallet and remove the ID herself instead of asking me to remove the ID from the ID slot of my wallet. I was not very happy considering I have very personal stuff in my wallet but I can say the cashier who did it was the same woman that assisted me the day and time of this ticket
