i had taken the survey earlier and could not use the fuel discount because I didn't have the correct code according to the person on staff. He said I had to have numbers. what I have says: Validation Code: Test code CVN: Test cvn I have the print out with this on it. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this location is horrible in that the entrance/exit does not have any space whatsoever to move vehicles around in. there is always a wait for a pump and no place to stay and wait since the lot is so small; very accident prone location

I attempted to use my credit card at the pump and it would not accept it. I pressed the button for attendant with no response so I drove to another pump. This pump accepted my card. While pumping 3 cars pulled up to the pump that did not work. After the 3rd customer left as I was done pumping the attendant responded through the broken pump speaker and I told her that I was one of 4 customers who attempted to pump gas on the pump. The only reason that I did not leave as the others did is that my tank was Empty. I old her that she walked at least 3 customers. Then she asked "do you want me to turn it on? It is currently turned off. What??? I explained that I had already filled my tank from the adjacent pump. She asked why I pushed the attendant button then. I had to laugh had her chastising me...

I just obtained a Walmart credit card for the specific purpose of obtaining the gasoline discount. I was told that using the credit card would automatically make me eligible for the additional discount. I was asked for a code at the time of fill-up, but I do not have a code. I tried the one 4-digit code that I would have provided had I been asked at the time of credit card application. I don't know if this was a problem with the credit card not automatically providing the discount, or poor communication on how the discount occurs.

Charged for a pack of cigarettes that I did not purchase in addition to the carton I purchased.....commented on the total charge....the cashier said...Cost of carton had gone up....went to truck ...checked my receipt and found I was charged for a pack I did not buy.....had to go back to cashier...who then took care of the overcharge.
