Convenience, ease of pump use, really nice lane conditions. The only draw back to this location is that a person can't pay inside, and has to wait in a short alley like place (leading up to the payment window) to be waited on by the attendant, who is difficult to see. If you want to make an improvement, that would be it. Otherwise, this location is a wonderful place at which to purchase fuel.
