I guess I think that a Highly Satisfied mark would be over and above what was expected. I expect to be satisfied with service at any place of business.

I attempted to add the additive to my fuel, but it did not work. At least I wasn't charged for it.

Gas to high

Your gas prices was higher than other stations at one time, they go up and down when there is no need to put the price up so high. A lot of people can not afford to keep paying the high prices, I only make minimum wage. Your people need to make sure the printer is working with paper on the pumps, I have gotten gas many times and did not get a printout.

The pump was flowing extremely slow. Took 10 minutes to get 15 gallons of gas
