I had to stand in line forever. The line was backed up into the parking lot. I bought the wrong cigarettes, she supposedly credited my debit card and added the right ones on it. I wanted 2 cartons, but there was only 1 carton so I took it. Got home & called the bank to check and make sure the debit card was credited correctly. I don't think it was, but will have to call the credit union Monday and find out. The girl was obviously new and shouldn't have been working by herself yet. Name was Jenna.

The last 3 times we have got gas there has not been the discount of $.03 per gallon that was advertised. We are using out Wal-Mart Credit Card that we have had since 2009. That is why we got the Credit Card in the first place. We are not getting the discount at the Cassville Site either. Could you please explain why? Thank you, Funcannon

Giving 2% back on a Walmart credit card purchase is unfair compared to the 3 cents with a Walmart gift card purchase

Not receiving any discount when using a Walmart credit card is wrong when you do receive one for a Walmart gift card. The 2% simply is ridiculous when compared with the previous 5 cents per gallon. Do the math, 2% on $2.00 per gallon is only 4 cents. We were receiving more than that before plus credit on the card points and gas was less than $2 per gallon.

Heather is very rude!!! She is the manager. But everytime i visit the store she slams the window.shut afterwards. Not very professional!!!

I visit this location almost daily. The staff are always very friendly, helpful, remember me and what I buy the overall customer service here is wonderful. The young lady this morning was the rudest and unengaged person I've ever met here. I do these surveys almost every time I visit and high ratings each time. When I walked up the girl looked fresh out of bed, she had her cell phone on speaker phone speaking to a male. She looked at me as I grabbed 2 products off the shelf and still continues her conversation on her phone with no greeting. I set the items down , she rings them up and tells me my total without allowing me to tell her I also was purchasing tobacco because she is STILL talking on the phone. I tell her I need cigerettes she states rudely "what do you want " I tell her she grabs them aggressively puts them in the bag gives me the total and as I'm paying she doesn't say another word to me, not even as I was leaving. I am incredibly didappointed. I fuel both my vehicles here weekly as well as 2 cartons of tobacco a week among other odds and ends, spending hundreds. I am a manager in customer face to face service.
