The cashier was happy and friendly, interacting well with the line of customers. That means a lot when you're standing out in the freezing cold with wind blowing! There is are two walls blocking the wind once you get in line, but you're already frozen from trying to get there! So it's nice to have a happy, cheerful cashier.
