I attempted to redeem the 10 cents/gal discount using Auth code and CVN from tran #6822-20150613-1-2-906. I responded to the prompt, entered the code & CVN. The pump said "card not recognized for this purpose. So I then entered the Walmart store card, and still didn't get anything. So I went to the clerk on duty, Mr. Ange. He was very helpful, and tried to override the pump by entering the info from his terminal. However, this did not work either. I reported this to Mr. Ange, and told him that I would return another day, and see if the pump had been programed to receive my discount numbers.

Used the Wal-Mart Master Card. DID NOT get any discount. Was charged full price per gallon.

Printer for receipt did not work. Line to obtain a receipt was long and went very slow .

I paid full price for my gas when I used my Walmart credit card. Since when did you stop given discounted price on gas when a Walmart gift card or credit card is used. On top of that I looked at receipt for a contact number to inform the attendant and there's no phone number.

I attempted to fill up my gas tank on 12/25/15, and even though the pump appeared to be working, when I tried to pump gas, it never pumped the gas. I chose the type of gas I wanted (regular), but when I tried to pump the gas, the price just keep flashing and wouldn't pump any gas. I tried it twice at the same pump, with the same results. I even went to another pump, and the same thing happened.

While pumping my gas I went to see the rude attendant to redeem my free Coke coupon I got from y'all via email. He said I couldn't use the oupon it was for a 16 oz Coke. I found a can 16 oz Coke & he said it had to be a bottle & wouldn't give it to me. Said I had to redeem @ another murphys. I asked where the closest other store was? He said I had to look it up & find it myself! I buy gas from y'all 4 times a week. In Walmart store almost everyday. Thanks

Put receipt paper in the machine

Your drink cooler that had all the decent water and energy drinks was broken so everything was hot. Informed the attendant and he was like yeah it broke last night on us. Told them they should have it locked or at least a sign up, was told well they just put it back and we have water in another cooler. I said not a decent selection. He was rude. Thankfully I usually only get gas there.
