There was an issue with the pump. It was prepaid, but shut off long before the end of the amount paid or my tank was full so I ended up getting it funded back to my card and swiping my card at the pump for the additional $9 in fuel.

The customer before us did not understand how to use the pay at the pump, so caused a delay.
