I normally put gas money for the month on a gift card. I have been trying to use the gift card since Friday 1-12-18 but the card reader has an issue with gift cards. If this persists I will not be using Murphy Gas any more. I can not afford to put gas money on a gift card and pay for gas with my credit card.

ALL!!!!!!!!!!!! THE STALLS HAD NO WATER!!!!!I TO CLEAN THE WINDSHIELD TO REMOVE BUGS AND DIRT FROM THE WINDSHIELD!!!!!!😣😣😣😣🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤 I GUESS THE BOTTOM LINE HAS HIT MURPHY USA ALSO!!! I DON'T LIKE THAT KIND OF SERVICE !!

Ok, not a significant complaint. I buy all my fuel at this location, it is near my work. I have been buying cartons of cigarettes there for years. 10-12 ctn's a month. I get L&M 100's in the Blue box for my wife every week, Now the last month or so they are always out, last week I went every day at lunch time and they are out. I have mentioned every time why don't they stock these anymore. Don't get an answer. I also buy ctn's of Marlboro's for myself every week. Are they just not going to have them anymore? The Murphy near where I live always have them, they say it is standard stock. I wonder what he deal is, sometimes I don't think they check very well and just shrug it off and say they don't have them...

There was a male & female wanting to clean my car windows & did not seem to want to take no for an answer. I gave in, & they cleaned my windows which took up my time. In return, I handed the female the remainder balance on my Walmart gift card because I did not have any cash on me.

The restroom is always out of order (for the past three months). Poorly attended when it was in order.

Manually controlled flow of fuel. Flow from pump shut off every 10 to 15 seconds. Tank was empty, no problem with fuel level in tank triggering flow shut-off. Had to re-start flow many times. Very annoying.

Attendant speaking casually to a customer about a Sports team. He should have been paying attention to the clients. I will not visit your facility again.

The gas was pumping extremely slow!!!

When I got to the pump, I lifted the hose to put gas in my vehicle and there was a large rat in there! I was so frightened, I screamed and jumped back. I started to shake and it raised my blood pressure immediately. There was a nice man at the next pump who immediately came to my rescue and he took the end of the squeegee and tried to get the rat out of there, and it tried to bite him! It's tail seemed to be stuck in the pump. After the rat was freed it took off running. In my terrified state, I must have pressed the wrong button and I was upset that my fuel receipt was so high. I have never bought Superun gas before and I would never buy it imtentionally. I am a senior citizen. You can view the video at pump #1 @ between about 7:00 a.m. to 7:12 to see for yourself. I did stop and bring it to the attendants attention. That was the most scary experience I have ever had and it has made me scared to go pump gas ever again.
