all pumps had lines, card reader did not work at the pump, gas pump would start and stop while pumping gas

No thank you after purchase. As many times I have visited your facility the tenant should recognize me by now

It was pouring rain that evening and the parking lot was packed and I was verbally attacked by other customers that were also there simply because everyone was upset about the long wait and no one was doing anything helping people getting out of the parking lot and it was a mess

Hard to get in and out of the lot to get access to the pumps (small area), especially when it is busy. Multiple times penhandlers have come up to me and other customers to ask for money (with a bleeding heart story) while pumping gas which is irritating (they appear to be drug addicts). The same guy has come up to me weeks apart with the same story asking for 'bus money' to go home...

Just getting fuel. No issues.

the bathrooms are always out of order like they are too lazy to clean them

The cashier could have been a little more friendlier and smiled.
