pump reader did not indicate how to NOT get a car wash so it was added.

Pump was malfunctioning

The lot is dirty and there are numerous people begging for change every time I visit. It would appear you need to hire some security at this location because one of these days there is going to be some incident that will end up costing you folks a lot more than hiring some security to keep the vagrants and beggars from living at your location. I do like the fact your staff does seem to keep the windshield service in good order so I can almost always clean my windshield. The staff is always helpful, it's just the security and exterior cleanliness of the station that is not up to par.

the gas pump nozzle was wrapped in a plastic bag. Issue with credit card reader. I got the invoice but car was not full. When i tries second to by swiping my card, Error message come "See attendant". this happened 4 times today.

Tanker was filling the underground tanks on a busy Friday afternoon. Caused a major traffic tie up for all customers.

credit card showed to go to teller. said card was not valid. I only made 1 attempt to use card, but bank said more than 3 attemps were tried. Bank put card on hold.

long line to wait for gas. and also interior to pay for gas to small,and worso of all my last visit there was no gas at all.

This area is very busy yet it holds many gas machines and many cars and only one real entrance and exit. everyone just does whatever they want and then there are those who go into the store. I only go there when I am desperate. I have mentioned this to someone inside and they said oh well.

I was very frustrated as the pump was not working correctly. I told the attendant three separate times. She kept saying it was working when it wasn't. She finally told me to try a different pump. I waited in a long line for another pump. My card wouldn't work at the pump. Waited and tried another line. She told me to pay inside in advance. I didn't want to because I wanted to fill up my tank and didn't know how much that would cost. I ended up leaving very irritated and without gas after wasting a lot of time.
