Already mentioned the panhandler. No one did anything to get him off the premises and to stop bothering the customers. You would think that a manager would at least scream at him. I'd call the police.

I selected a carwash service for $8.00 before knowing that there wasn't even a carwash onsite (first gas station I've ever seen that offers a carwash but doesn't have an actual place to wash your car....) I went into the gas station and kindly asked for a refund on the car wash because it was not available. He looked at it, smiled, and said "yea I don't think I can refund it". I then saw the sign saying it was 1.5 miles in the opposite direction. And he insisted it was "right down the street". Then, as getting in my car I see that the carwash place closed at 7 pm. Why are you charging customers for a carwash they are unable to get let alone see? This is absurd and I would like my $8.00 back. I do not live in that area and do not intend on driving 20 miles to go get a carwash, as I told the attendant. The whole point of paying for a carwash at the gas pump, is CONVENIENCE.

Customer service attitude and poor customer service. It was like she did not care. All pumps were being used. The pump I used should have been marked no gas.

This is the second time I have had a problem with the price I was charged at the pump. The first time I pushed the regular gas button but was charged the premium price. When I told the attendant she said that I must have hit the premium button with the hose and that was why I was charged the $2.79 price. I know I did not. This time the sign said $2.07 but I was charged $2.10 on my receipt. This is why I am HIGHLY SATISFIED and will not ever use your station again.

on top of this being a very small difficult area to navigate, there was a fuel truck there parked in a way people could hardly get in or out

I paid for gas with gift cards and cash. When I gave the attendant $20 for fuel and indicated the car would NOT take it all, she was very unfriendly. The biggest problem occurred when I went in for the change. The register even said $16.04, although, she only gave me $10.04. When I brought it to her attention, she completely ignored me and went to the next customer.
