Not satisfied or unsatisfied just a regular customer getting gas. I am not satisfied that I have to answer all these question and still lose. Just a waste of time

As a customer that comes to Murphy's regularly I was very disatisfied with the way I was treated. I came to Get gas and get my grandmother Winston brand cigarettes. I was talked down to, told I was dumb for asking for soft packs because "they don't exist". It was just not a great visit and it makes me not want to go back.

Your attendant Jeanette is rude, she has a personal issue with one of my family members. She has throw change out of the little sliding door, she is very rude to him. We shop there AT LEAST 5 TIMES a day minimum to purchase all are gas,cigarette, pop everything. I went there this morning no greeting told her what I needed she cashed me out not a word from her no thank you come again nothing. My family has been dealing with this for over a year. I have refrained my self from saying anything or going there when she is on duty. I don't like to see anyone lose a job, they are hard to come by. She has made threats to other employees that when her husband got out of prison my family would be in danger. It makes me upset she will greet other people in line as soon as we are next she is very rude. I just want it to stop before a problem occurs. Or I can take my business to hucks, caseys, or rock bottom. Which I don't want to do. But this is the only problem I have there. I been shopping there since the store has opened I'd like to keep it this way.
