The last few times I have went there the pump only takes my Fifth Third debit card as a debit and not as a credit. I tried my People's Bank card and it was usable as a credit or debit. I don't like entering my pin number at the pump, which is why I always run it as credit. I used to never have an issue with this at Murphy, but since it seems to be an ongoing problem I will be using any other gas station but Murphy from now on.

The morton water softner salt is over priced. The Walmart store used to carry it for $4.28/bag. Now only the gas station AT Walmart has it and the best price is 3 bags for $19.99. If the gas station is on the Walmart lot, then they should honor the Walmart prices.

Had to hear the cashier talk to a friend who was buying gas and other products about her personal life and problems, while I was waiting in line to pay for my gas.

I had purchased a gas card in Walmart and I went to use it at the pump but it wouldn't let me

1. pump was out of order, i had to move to another pump. 2. the attendent was on the phone in the back, i could not see her but i could hear her, she wasnt paying any attention to the pumps or outside products. i had to wait for her to notice me, then she stayed on phone while cashed out.

I was charged $30.01 for diese, which is what I got. BUT there was a second charge on my account for $75.00! A customer told me it was a “hold” they put on your debit card NO WHERE does it tell you your card will be charged an EXTRA $$ amount! This almost cost me to be overdrawn! I will never get fuel at a Murphy location again!

This attendant working this shift was very rude and had an attitude. Didn't seem to enjoy her job much and just came off as very hateful. She should smile more and be a little more friendly while working with the public in the customer service field.
