Maybe it's my idea of highly satisfied. For me to be "highly" satisfied something would have had to be beyond good. Like the gas appeared in my vehicle without me stopping or it was free.

Being raised in the day of 30-cent per gallon gasoline, I am highly dissatisfied with gas prices of today.

attendant left building as we pulled up after finishing with previous customer, she went to parking lot to sweep trash off of pavement and knowing I was standing there proceeded to walk from building to far end of pumps to edge of filling area and back before coming to window to wait on customers 4 by the time she got back.
