You have put brand new pumps in at this location, and every time I have gone to get gas the pump reader for the code for the .10 cent discount would not work, and it is not just one of the pumps as I moved my car to 3 different pumps before I had to go get an attendant.

I went to pay for my gas a the woman at the cashier was talking to someone on her cell phone. I waited for about 10 seconds before I said "Hello, excuse me. I would like to pay for my gas." And she at that point told the person she was on the phone with that she would have to call them back later. She did not thank me or speak to me in any manor while I was paying. I just told her how much gas I wanted and swiped my card. And she got back on her cell phone. Very dissatisfied with her customer service skills.

The pump would keep clicking off and had to keep restarting it from the pump handle. It would go for a couple of dollars then click off.

I did not get a discount for using my Walmart card.

I discovered that the pump had a leaking hose and notified the attendant that a safety hazard existed at the pump and what the problem was and recommended he should put an out of order sign on the pump and get some to repair it. I went to another pump on the other side of the island and filled up and check for the out of order sign on the pump but not had been placed and no attendant was visible attempting to secure the area. Totally unacceptable.

I filled up my SUV in Durant, Oklahoma after driving from Texas and after driving .1 miles my car would no longer stay running due to the quality of gas received at your pumps!

I approached with $30.42. I asked to purchase 2 packs of Pall Mall green 100's ($9.42) and $21 gas then handed her the money. Not sure why the cashier did not understand me. She looked at the money and said, "you need to tell me what you want." I then repeated myself. She still didn't understand. What she did then shocked me. She insisted on arguing with me shrugging her shoulders. Her body language just showed me she didn't want to be there. So instead I told her, "let me just pay for my cigarettes." When that transaction was done I then asked again for $21 on pump 4 and played the money on the counter. Instead of grabbing the money she allowed it to blow away. I advised her that the money went on the ground. Her response, "I know." I'm not sure why she was rude to me from the beginning. I always purchase my cigarettes from this Murphy/Wal-Mart location and never received such horrible service. The other gal and gentlemen I see are always pleasant and respectful.

I get a fuel card from other because I drive plenty during a day. I Usually I get gas daily. The last few days the WalMart cards do not work. I have to use cash and be reimbursed for my own money which takes time. I spend around $100 a week if not more with the card but if I have to pay for it myself I am going elsewhere to get better service. If you want to be at Walmart you should accept the cards and not be out of service or long periods of time. I know other like me will not be buying from you if you do not take the Walmart card we have. We will go elsewhere. I have gone every day since this day where it took me a long time to get my card to work and the Walmart card is still not being taken, There is a sign saying that they are not able to use this card. So think about it all us that need to use this card are not going to your store.

Gas pump wouldn't read cards so had to go wait in line to pay by card

Two separate pumps were not working properly. Attendant offered no help other than telling me to prepay if wanted after I had explained what the pumps/digital information was doing. Acted as if I was doing something incorrectly which I was not; have done this many times before with no problems. Both lanes I was in tonight were absolutely filthy with a large amount of spilled gas/oil.
