I was satisfied that I did not have to wait to pull up to a pump to pump my gas. In the absence of a "not applicable" option, I chose to rate my entire experience as satisfied as opposed to "unsatisfied" or "neither" especially since I did not use the restroom or in any other way interface with the attendant on duty. Although I do not interface with the attendants I think they should be complimented for adhering to whatever policy you have in place as the facility is always clean and picked up whenever I visit. I reserve highly satisfied ratings for direct human interface situations.

I use the "highly satisfied" rating very sparingly and when I do it is typically associated with a service provided to me by a human being. As I am assessing my experience at a self-service gasoline station, I would not expect to use that rating.

I don't like all the new computer screens and commercials. The up-selling fuel options were also confusing. I didn't have time to figure stuff out. Just need to gas and go.
