The interior of the building is cramped, junky and out of date. The attendant was not behind the register and I had to wait for him to come out and assist me.

I am rarely "highly satisfied" when doing any survey. Have to see something exceptional rather than what should be expected. A lot of service stations do not always meet what should be expected.
