3 murphy locations I go to are never the first what is calledwith lowest price. currently at $2.09 a gallon the country store up the road is $2.01 so clearly not lowest even after what is called the "discount."

Before lanes were closed, but it was pretty good this time.

The cigarettes are very expensive.

The area around the fuel lanes was not clean. Items were blowing around.

I had to drive to two separate pumps. The first pump I went to had a sign that said that that particular pump could not print receipts. I had to drive to the other side of the station in order to pump my gas. I ended up using one of the four pumps that provide diesel fuel as an option. Luckily, the station was not busy at the time so I was not holding anyone up. The employees should make sure that all pumps can provide all the services requested by their customers at all times. There is no telling when a station will find itself so busy that everything must be in correct working order.

I used to visit 1of 3 Murphy locations almost daily. Since the free offers are not even available at the locations and your no longer always the lowest price I'm just not very impressed. Your employees are very friendly in most cases, I've caught them stressed &shorthanded at times. That can make your best employees appear rude to a customer who isn't aware of all going on. that is why my overall rating is just satisfied and value middle of the road. I was a customer who promoted your company almost daily,now it's just a place that is sometimes the lowest price.
