I would've liked to have seen a more friendly cashier. Greeting the customer before they greet you is very important, it starts the sale off at a positive note. I also would like to see those coolers that surround the service counter gone, it cause a feeling of being in a closet.

Could look nicer outside windshield washers need fresh cleaning solution/water Pumps are old and hard to read sometimes...the credit card readers are broken on some pumps but still work.

All I was doing was filling my gas tank...a routine task, not a high point of the day.

Redeemed a coupon and got more drinks.

Filling my gas tank isn't an event that makes me feel "highly" anything. (Maybe I'd be Highly Satisfied if an attendant came out, pumped my gas for me and cleaned my windshield.)

It was easy and convenient.

I was unable to use my Wal-Mart credit card at the pump and the attendant was working on something inside

It was OK. Nothing wrong.
