The pump didn't print receipt. When I pay at the pump, I would also like to receive my receipt at the pump. Cashier was very nice and explained the pump had paper, but had a mechanical problem. I appreciated the cashier being so nice and apologetic. I can also understand that sometimes mechanical problems take a little time to fix. The only suggestion I have is to have a sign on the pump explaining you won't be able to get the receipt at the pump and the cashier will provide it.
