attendants are always courteous, and very personable. they always smile when speaking with me. the inside and outside of the store is always clean and the bathroom is the cleanest gas station bathroom I have been in (even cleaner than some restaurants I frequent). I have been going to the Murphy (in royal palm beach) for several years and have not ran into any problems or issues and the staff has always been great.

The service attendant, Krystal, that was working this particular night was very nice with me. She was outside cleaning up and when she saw my dirty windows, she offered to clean them with the squeegee. I was taken offguard when she offered to do it. Not only did she clean my front and back windows but also engaged me in some surface conversation about how she loves doing this for people. She showed the heart she has for people and showed the outstanding customer service she has. When I asked her how I can tell her employer about my experience she offered to give me a copy of my receipt, wrote her name on it and even circled the website where I could go and do a survery. You need more Krystals in your company. Because of her I will definitely continue to support Murphy USA with my money. And I will tell others of my experience at this local gas station.
