Pump would not work. Pump attentent came out and said a customer told her the wrong pump number and she put that information on our pump. The attentent had to reset the pump a couple of times and then it finally started to work properly. We hope our credit card bill is correct?

I was satisfied with the gas pump, but I was 6th, in a line at the register, and the lady that was holding up the line, kept buying all kinds of lottery tickets.

As I was pumping gas the handle was leaking so as the gas hit the ground it was splashing on my clothes and I was dress for work. I did they'll the attendant and moved to a different pump, she acknowledged me with an ok finished what she was doing then went to inspect the pump.

Paid for gas and items, went to pump the gas. Hit the button several times for the 87 octane, but somehow the pump decided to give me high (93) instead. I NEVER hit that button, and don't know if that is a "default setting" or not, but I stopped pumping and went to get back the difference I didn't get. I don't want products I didn't ask for, and if this continues I will take my business elsewhere.

I was charged credit price for gas when I paid in cash. Cashier though it was funny and refused a refund or credit. I've filled a complaint with the state of Florida. Let's see who is laughing now!

On previous occasions when paying via cash we always received the lower price per gallon. On 5/14/16 we were advised that even if you pay by cash it would be the same price as credit. All other gas stations give you the lower price for paying cash. I will not go back and I will tell everyone else not to go either. Its not a good practice to flip flop your decisions without advising your customers.
