SATISFIED means no problems. HIGHLY SATISFIED means something unexpectedly good happened (additional discount, etc.)

DUMB QUESTION! When I did not experience a problem and everything was as expected, I was SATISFIED. I will never say I was HIGHLY SATISFIED when everything is normal. Why would I? If you expect to see HIGHLY SATISFIED, then surprise me with something special like an additional discount on fuel, or an unexpected exceptional deal on some products.
