Pumps tooooo close together

I thought everything was fine; to me highly satisfied would mean something extraordinary. If I wasn't satisfied I would not return unless and until whatever was unsatisfied was corrected. I did not like the fact there was no water/glass cleaner in the holder for the squeegee and there were no paper towels, either ...and this was true of each bay - not just one! However, I do not use this every time I get fuel, so it is not something that would keep me from coming back.

Highly satisfied would be perfect and unless someone comes to pump my gas I think Satisfactory is a very good rating.

Being satisfied is the standard I look for. In order to be highly satisfied would require going above and beyond what I expect.

The Walmart that is in the same parking lot is under construction and the traffic flow was a challenge.

Why not change this question to: WHY WERE YOU NOT SATISFIED OR HIGHLY SATISFIED? SATISFIED means expectations were met; HIGHLY SATISFIED means something unexpectedly good happened. Something over and above the expectations of most customers never happens, so they remained SATISFIED (which is a good thing), but not HIGHLY satisfied.

HIGHLY SATISFIED means something greater than my expectations were met. My expectations were met so I was SATISFIED.
