I had to wait a short time to get to the gas pump and one of the pumps at the station wasn't working.

When I pulled up to the pump and saw the price was pleased. However, the actual price that showed up after started fueling was different because I was not using a Walmart card. I feel that is misleading and should have the price and then when you put in the discount approved card, the price should change. Felt like I was getting gypped and almost did not get the gas.

No reason. I visit this location monthly.

HIGHLY SATISFIED means something nice happened that exceeded my expectations. Nothing special happened and my expectations were met, so I was SATISFIED. Don't you think you should reword this question? Maybe you should be asking those who were HIGHLY SATISFIED why they chose that option.

I drove up to the pump without having to wait. Pumped my gas and left. The price was higher than some other fuel stations. I was low on gas and this station was convenient. I usually buy my gas at Costco.

it took about 20 min. to pump my gas after waiting in line to get to a pump because other people were talking about the pumps beinging slow this will make people not want to come back

Pulled to one pump and saw a sign that said CASH ONLY. Wen to another pump and it pumped unbelievably slow.

This neighborhood site was one of the few that trusted the customer. I could use my credit card at the pump. On this date, every pump had a note, "Pay inside." With that sign, you told me I was no longer trusted...and I hadn't done anything to earn your distrust.

everything was just satisfactory, nothing special.
