The gas prices have gone up way too quickly!! ALSO - MORE IMPORTNATLY!!! PLEASE get your android app FIXED!!! The app works on our daughter's iPhone, but the Android app has not worked fro MONTHS!!!! PLEASE get your IT people to fix it!! We like to be able to find the cheapest gas price & can't because we can't access your app. We have complained every time we try to open the app, but you do not seem to care.

I'm not sure why you ask this question. SATISFIED means everything went as I expected. That is usually the case on every visit. To be HIGHLY SATISFIED means I was surprised by something such as a giveaway, extra discount, free gas, free use of the vacuum, etc. - this never happens so I remain SATISFIED but not HIGHLY SATISFIED. Why don't you change your questions to something like, DID ANYTHING HAPPEN THAT EXCEEDED YOUR EXPECTATIONS?
