HIGHLY SATISFIED means something extraordinary happened - it didn't so my expectations were met which means SATISFIED. I think you should replace this question with something else that makes more sense.

Printer at the pump (#4) was not working. At night the lights are not on at the pumps for the number of gallons and the amount of the purchase to be read. Also, generally the printers dont work, too.

HIGHLY SATISFIED means something special happened....it din't so my expectations were met and that was all, so I was SATISFIED.

HIGHLY SATISFIED means something extraordinary happened (free gifts, additional discounts on gas, etc.)......this did not happen so my expectations were met, whish equates to SATISFIED. I doubt that I will ever be HIGHLY SATISFIED so I'm wondering why you even ask this question. I have been completing surveys for years and have not received the first reward for my efforts, so as far as the return on my time, I am HIGHLY DISATISFIED.
