Quick and cheaper gas then most

Sometimes the card reader doesn't except my card and I must go inside and wait for an attendant to get to me. All the card readers need replaced. The readers are broken off so its hard to slide your card. the yes and no are rubbed off. I go here because it is close to my house and the gas is usually less expensive. Also twice I have had to get a new debit card because someone was able to get my numbers off the gas pumps.

HIGHLY SATISFIED means something extraordinary happened that was good.....it didn't, so I was SATISFIED (my expectations were met). Shouldn't you change this question? If there is nothing special going on (free gas, free mercchandise, extra discount, etc.) then most everyone is going to check SATISFIED, unless they had some kind of problem.

HIGHLY SATISFIED means something pleasant and unexpected happened....it didn't, so I was satisfied because my expectations were met. I'm not sure why you ask this question in your survey unless there are some things that are available that I am not aware of.

I'm on a limited income and the cost of gas is too high but I guess that's pretty much true wherever you buy it. It's just so hard trying to make ends meet.
