Satisfied means met expectations. Highly Satisfied means something extraordinary happened....nothing unexpected happened, so I was satisfied.

Highly satisfied means I experienced something out of the ordinary. Nothing special happened so I my expectations were met - I was satisfied.

I always go to this gas station. The fuel is the cheapest in my area of many. I also frequently go to Murphy USA because of the low cost of cigarettes and the deals they have on soft drinks and Gatorade. I have been coming here for years and always make sure I go back.
