I wasn't unsatisfied with my visit, I will return when I don't have Kroger points. I never recommend a gas station to people, there are so many of them and they are all the same price (unless you have a reward program).

Usually get gas here and always clean and customer service is always good.

In my opinion, "Highly Satisfied" should be set aside for the best experience possible. Nonetheless, satisfied is a positive experience.

Only a highly exceptional service should be reserved a highly satisfied rating. There was nothing wrong with the service I received.
