I had to change pumps when the first one did not work. I reported it to the attendant, and someone went out to fix it.

The pump kept giving an error message. It could not read my card I went to a different pump

As a business driver needing to turn in receipts, having to stand in a long line of customers purchasing cigarettes to get a print out of my receipt is unacceptable. And she was aware this pump as she stated needed to have a paper jam managed.

I don't think it's my job to tell the attendant that three pumps were out of paper. I believe it's the attendants job to check these things.

I was with pump at all. The gas came out of the nozzle too fast. The gas spilled all over the place, including on my clothes. I don't like when the guest comes out of the nozzle too fast. When that gas comes out that fast I feel like I have no control at all over it. In My Opinion This Should Be a Way of Slowing the Flow of the Gasoline like You Could with the Old Nozzles.

There was no liquid in the window washer tray. I went to three other pumps for liquid but all were empty as well.

Pump 10, missing security tape. I told the cashiers on duty (two in the booth), and his response was, take your chances. I went to another pump. while I was pumping gas, no one came out to fix the problem
