Felt very unsafe - a lot of people begging for money and a lot of people walking around without a vehicle. I would NEVER let my wife come here after dark.

The pump would not work!! It took my card but wouldn't pump any gas into my truck

The pump I used was malfunctioning. The pump kept dispensing gas even though I was not pulling the trigger. My car's tank was already full and gas kept coming out of the handle and would not stop therefore still charging me for the gas that was spilling all over the place. I was very unhappy due to the fact that I had a 3 month old baby in the car and the idea of gasoline spilling and running was not very safe for any of the customers or employees at this gas station.

There used to be a bathroom you could use at this station but now they have a pull down door over the restroom and it is no longer open to the public. Due to the medication I take I have to use the restroom on a very regular basis and now I cannot stop and get gas on the way home when it is convenient because I cannot go to the bathroom. I do not understand why they have changed the restroom so it is no longer for customers.

This is the second time that I have gone to this location and it may be my last. The advertised price was $2.399 when I used my WalMart gift card the price remained at $2.399 for the 4.376 gal. of gas and there was no $003 cent discount as was advertised by Walmart when I got my gift card. I was at the Murphy USA 6856 and the trace number is 2405 Gift Trace 034800 on 05-24-2015, at 06:05 AM

I used a Walmart gift card which the day before gave me a 3 cent a gallon discount, but this time the gas was the advertised price with no 3 cent a gallon discount. I think that if the discount has been stopped after it was previously given, the station should notify their customers before just stopping the discount. Please call me at 281-770-9612 and let me know your policy on this.

When I told the attendant that the receipt did not print and that that had happened on the same pump 2 days before she gave me a smart arlicky reply.

Our complaint: You Loud speakers installed in the pump blaring TV commercials. Since there is no volume knob for customers to use the only way to escape this painful high decibel noise assault on customers is for us to never return to Murphy's USA with our consumer dollars. We will go elsewhere so we can pump our gas in peace.
